This notice describes the WatchLounge website’s membership-request, early-access and contact forms. App accounts and playback are managed separately.
What the forms collect
When you submit a request, we store the name, email address, phone number for membership requests, optional device preference, referral code when supplied, selected plan, Discover add-on interest, message, and consent you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or content-provider credentials.
Why we use it
The WatchLounge team uses these details to review membership requests and early-access interest, answer questions, contact you about pricing, and arrange manual invoicing and activation. We also keep internal review status, invoice references and notes. Referral codes connect a new request to its referrer so we can review eligibility and apply rewards. Referrers see reward status and credit amounts, not the referred customer’s contact details. Submitting the form does not activate an app account, subscribe you to a paid plan, or authorize a payment.
Where requests go
We store your requests securely and use them to manage invoices, membership approval, account setup and support. Only authorized administrators can review requests. After approval, new customers receive a one-time password-setup link through the team; the link expires after seven days. We do not send form submissions to an advertising or analytics service. Our infrastructure providers process data as needed to operate the website.
Technical data and cookies
The server may process IP addresses and request information for operation and security. We use a temporary identifier based on your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It expires after one day. Necessary cookies support administrator sign-in. The public website does not currently load advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Retention and requests
Submitted requests remain in the administrator dashboard until removed. They may also be included in server backups. To ask about a request or request deletion, use our contact form. We may need to verify control of the email address before acting on a request.
Changes
We will update this notice when the website’s data handling changes, including if online payment collection is introduced.
